Mille crepes that we have layers and stored overnight in the freezer today we took out and the edges to give topping and garnish. For toppings we used a DHT sauce, coconut milk sauce and caramelized banana. We also started to decorate our mille crepes at start by covering all the surfaces with the cream cream and watering the DHT sauce on the top of it not forgetting to give a caramelized topping of banana on the top edge.
After Mille crepes that we made was finished then we took him to our lecturer and asked him to taste it, and he said that Mille crepes that we made the topping less interesting still many are ismailzuqi in fix again but not papa Kar Ena Mille Crepes We will take to the exhibition.
After Mille crepes we finished me and some of my friends asked to make a variety of cakes to be brought to the exhibition tomorrow, here we made a layered cake, cup cake and Madeleine for chocolate fountain.
