Daily Activity #8

Assalamualaikum guysss….

          How are you guys maybe Allah bless you everyday and everywhere, today I came back to tell you about my activity in the kitchen yeah this is last day in the practical in the second week practical and today is finishing product as usual today before we finishing our product my team always briefing before we do it, and share to task and today I get task to finishing Rendang Daging for the first we add seasoning cause less and I blend it after that I saute and I stir until removing the oil. In other side I open zip bag who contains Rendang Daging and sorting it because any beef is destroyed cause sous vide.






         After all preparation finishing and today restaurant open at 13:00 and after restaurant closed we break to eat and prayer. Today is Wednesday so we must prepare for tomorrow is food for sharing as much 25 packs and today our lecturer ask to our for make Panada is similar to Jalangkote but the different is the dought like bread so we need proofing a few momments, not just Panada today we make Jalangkote and Pudding bread. After we finishing all we save in the container and we wrap it.




       Practical today is finishing and we back to teory class don't bored guys to read my blog God willing I always sharing my activities in the kitchen, and maybe you can take a lesson from me and see you on my next blog guys.
