Today I started to test breadfruit in the making of but before thchoux at I added breadcrummy flour again because of the breadfruit I made yesterday just a little.
The process is the same as yesterday and for this first trial I made use of this breadcrummy flour as much as 70% and the result is still less good and not inflated.
After I made my 1st test I showed the result to my lecturer and he said for the results is still very lacking and to taste not taste so good, but will be maximising again for the next trial. So essentially we need to read more references so that many materials we can make reference.
