Still with the menu of popular yaa guys here we made a pancake made from sticky rice tape and after the pancake we made already so we showed the result to our lecturer and apparently he did not like, he said it seems strange. We only given 2 days for a menu related to tape and potentiates so bias in said our time to make tape menu ends in today.
In addition to making a menu based on tape this week we also asked to make Mille crepes. Mille Crepes This is a classic cake consisting of a layer of crepes/omelette and among the coating there is a cream that is thinly polished and has a lot of layers.
To Mille crepes ourselves we were given a traditional theme food consisting of Sikaporo, Hammer Butung, es cendol, and Barongko, and the group we get the menu Hammer Butung. For the creations and flavors submitted to us. So today we only make the milk omelette dough, make a pallu Butung sauce that add Whipp cream and a DHT sauce. We made coconut milk omelette and put the omelette into a stacked layer and for toppings and decorations we did tomorrow again.
