Continuing the activity that yesterday we made back turlet and to sour bread to our remaining form and we been then in the back let for 3 hours at room temperature.
For Turlet we create 2 forms ie using a large mold and for the rest of the dough we make using a small mold.
Today we only continue the activities that yesterday so all day we only focus for the 2nd product. As usual because this was due to this Thursday so we made and prepared food to share on Friday so I and some other friends made it.
After the product we made finished we immediately cleared the work area that we pake and store the tools to sing to wash. Because today the man there is a study activity in the mosque so our female who complete the kitchen. After all was sorted we prepared to go home.
