Assalamualaikum guys,....
Continuing the activities of yesterday guys, but today is the Schedule I Incharge 1 worshiped with my friend from semester 5 B, first I grant them and check their equipment because their material today is basic cutting of poultry and still Continue the basic cutting of vegetable that yesterday but today they just repeat.
Today I give a little material about poultry and after that lecturers incharge today go in and explain them about poultry and cut-off. After that they practiced them each but because they have not been istrahat so we divide them into 2 teams that are 1 team for the Istrahat and 1 team again practice basic cutting poultry.
After all done and I asked them to collect the results of their pieces and keep them in cool storage. After all we had finished we immediately asked them to settle their respective areas and divide the task for general cleaning and return them. In relation in this semester I only get 1 schedule incharge so this first day met them and last incharge but still Bisamet Dong Dikampus and Dikitchen because our practice schedule is the same. Okay guys maybe that's my story today waiting for tomorrow's story Yaa...
