Daily Activity #7

Assalamualaikumm guysss,....

   Welcome back to my blog yeah I always back to tell you you about my activity in the kitchen when I practical class. Today is finishing product but yesterday I don't follow to prepare so today I just help my friend to next finish product today. Menu today is Celebes buffet is local menu from south Sulawesi is Pecco Doang, Jalangkote, Sop Saudara, sayur labu santan, lawar pakis, konro bakar, palu ce'la, pisang ijo, and Cucuru Bayao. And today my team get appetizer menu is Pecco doang and Jalangkote, preparatiof of jalangkote are already prepared yesterday. And before we finishing our product today my time share the work to do it I and my friend on duty for make jalangkote sauce.







   While we finishing celebess buffet we continue to prepare for Indonesian buffet for tomorrow and we get main course menu today for serve tomorrow is Terong santan, Pelecing sayur, Rendang Daging and Ayam Bakar Taliwang. And in here we share work to prepare it, and I get task to make seasoning of Rendang Daging with my friend. after I make it I marinated beef with seasoning and we pack it with zip bag for sous vide over the past 24 hours. And for ayam taliwang I preparation seasoning too and for continue with my friend. After all preparation finishing and save in the chiller we break for eat and prayer.






  At 14:00 we do general cleaning and we finishing at 15:00 activities in the kitchen finished and today we backt to each home at 17:30
