Enter to second day practical I and two my friends get task to incharge again to semester 2 B yeahh this is second time I incharge. Menu practical today is breakfast and today finishing breakfast is English breakfast In here I handle semester 2 to makes oatmeat and garnishing, prepare muffin and organize in the bread basket, make coffe and tea, and prepare cereal and juice. Today restaurant open at 10 : 30. After restaurant closing we organize semester 2 to prepare Breakfast menu for tomorrow.
In the first time we ask to semester 2 to prepare Indonesian breakfast and American breakfast but, My lecturer ask only American for tomorrow but them just prepare all ingredients so prepare for two days fore, after that for American breakfast we share semester 2 to make bread, like croissant & Danish.
But when make croissant any problem is group 6 failed. so their must repeat to make it up to two times so I and my friend stay in the kitchen to handle their make it. in first failed cause the dought over proofing and the second fat out so too much of a waste of time, and finishing I and their back to home at 21:00
