Today is last day in the pratical class and today just finishing product is Gai tod Takrai, Yam makeua yo, Ingen No Gama Ae, Tori No Teriyaki and Onigiri, and but i'm not follow practical with my friends today cause I incharge in Semester 2nd. Yeah this is my first time incharge as supervisor in here I and my friends set and handle junior to set menu from prepration until serving in the restaurant. But today just basic is making choux paste.
At 07: 40 I and my friend ask junior to oneline and check grooming one by one after that enter in the pastry and introduce my self and my friend and ask junior to introduce themselves after that we wait our lecturer came to showing how to makechoux paste. Before our lecturer showing I prepare all ingredients and tools who needed our lecturer after showing he ask to make choux paste to each group and today I and my friend handle it to check it each group, any problem today cause some group failed to make it the dought is too liquid so we difficult to mould it so any some group must repeat to make it.
At 14:30 we do genereal cleaning to finishing our practical today so I and my friend divide section to cleaning kitchen area after we was general cleaning we break and after that we ask junior to oneline and our lecturer closing our practical class today and I and my friend come back at 16:30
