Dayli Activity (English Version)

Assalamualaikum, guysssss.....

          This is the third day in the week practice of this time and this time we just practice three days because the next day we went to toraja to attend activities widya wisata. Well I will telling again my activities today, Before we must absent in front of kitchen and today is a little different because the incharge senior only themselves. After that we entered and start a proceeding to finished the menu yesterday is dorayaki.

            In here we take out dough dorayaki and azuki bean to filling it. After that we prepare a saute pan to make our first dorayaki we heat the pan and basting with oil after that we insert the dough into the pan and we should try it over and over again because the pan does not support can't  heat well we continue to try and there any new problem namely dough we've made earlier starts reduced dough to many  and  so we are worried and we immediately made the new dough.  After that we soon finish make the dorayaki and after that we prepare a plate that has been filled with azuki bean to show in the restaurant and explained the ingredients and how to make it. After that we prepare in our section to present food in order from the restaurant.

         At 13:00 restaurant is closed and we immediately clean the cold kitchen practice that we use today. After that we waited friend's class B semester second, concerning this last day we use the kitchen so we have to clean all areas.
