Daily Activity( English Version) #final praktek

Assalamualikum guys...

                           Welcome again on my blog guys, how are you guys? may Allah always protect you, well I will be back to tell you my activities during in the dikitchen. Well today was the final test in this second semester and today we went in for an exam group are groups two and we get a menu rotation 2.1. Today we had to enter hours 8:00 for preparing ingredients but we just towed the chicken and beef only after that we take a section who we get  of each man well here I get section dessert. After that we came home and it will be continue again after 1 hour.

                          At one o'clock, we came back for a absences and showed our test card after that we directly back to our section and we were helped by another group who schedule entry tomorrow, well here's dessert there are two namely  Tang zhong and Tang yuan and here I am  make Tang zhong. Tang Zhong is bread milk, after it finished I help my friend to made Tang yuan in the fisrt we made filling it consist of black sesame seed roasted, butter and sugar after that we made the dough who consist of glatinous rice flour and warm water and we shape round and colour full.

                        After all menu was ready we begin to plating and we asked to plating each other four menu and explained to our chef and after that we cleaned all area who we used and after that we break fasting together in the kitchen with other group and before we go home I and my group take picture together.
