Today we came back to Kitchen guys to continue our activity that is practice in kitchen, today we are asked to come early, but our activity continued after 08:00 before we entered in the kitchen we oneline first to check tools and in absent first. After that we entered into the kitchen and prayed after that our supervisors gave a little reprimand about our grooming, the completeness of our tools and giving advice and motivation. And after that we direct doing to finish our menu.
in here we still continue the menu we prepared yesterday that is the main course of Thailand Food. First we make khao plau (White rice). And after that we prepare other ingredients to make yum makuea yo menu that consists of eggplant was burned, shrimp and served with thai fish sauce. Our Thai fish sauce was made by the section appetizer and part the sauce into two for Yum Makuea Yo we added chopped green chili and slice of bird chili, and put the shrimp inside the sauce.
Today we open the restaurant at 12:00 and before the open restaurant there is a peop of one person from our group who explained the menu we made in the restaurant, and today we ordered 38 pcs to the restaurant. And restaurant closed at 13:00 nah here we soon clean our area and today we have to clean all areas of kitchen like chiller and freezer, clean stove and oven, wash exhaust and window glass. And Alhamdulillah today we go home early again because the kitchen area we have cleaned.
