Came back again to my blog guyss dont borring to visit my blog, because I will alaways tell you about my activity in the Kitchen laboratory. Today we still in menu rotasi II.1, Today we next to make dessert is Tang yuan but before we enter in the kitchen we must absent fisrst and checked Grooming ang tools and today we incharged by kak Nada, kak Ayu and kak Valent they checked our tools one by one and if any who not complete he was punished. after that they allowed us to entered in the kitchen and make oneline again.
Before we working to our section we must prayer fisrt led by class leader and after that we direct to next make Tang Yuan, in the first we make filling it consist by black sesame seed, melted butter, and sugar. And for the dough consist by glutinous rice flour. after we finished make Tang Yuan we continiu to prepared for menu tomorrow is Thailand Food and here I with my grup get main course menu consisting of Gai Tod Takrai, Yam Makeua Yo, Khao plau, and today we only prepare ingredients for fish sauce like lemongrass, garlic roasted, ginger roasted, brown sugar, fish sauce, peanut oil , blackpepper ground and groud chili.
After we finished to prepared all ingredient we direct to general cleaning in the kitchen area and today I get task to cleaning in the stove area, after we finished we break to eat together and my friend Andini asked me to help him checked all chiller and freezer that's in the kitchen after that Chef Faisal command me to oneline and give a little instruction and after that he allowed us to came back in theeach home. and today we came back early at 17:00 o'clock.
