Today we came back again in the Kitchen at 08:00 and before we entered my supervisor checked my grooming and absent, after that we entered in the kitchen as usual we make oneline for waiting Chef came, while we wait my supervisor command to explained from each section about menu who we made. After that we doing my menu today is okonomiyaki. And we make dough consist by whole egg, flour, baking powder and salt and pepper to taste.
when Chef Dino came he command to oneline and he showed about how to cut Salmon, after that he share again section for tomorrow and we make menu rotasi II.1 is Chinese food tomorrow are Chinese spinach and peanut salad, traditional egg drop soup, beef rice bowl, Tang yuan and Tang zhong. And today I with my group get section dessert which we make Tang yuan and Tang zhong but today we just make thang zhong. And we part of task any who handle appetizer and any make tang zhong.
At 13:00 we General cleaning to all section Chef Aldino ask we to finish general cleaning before 15:00 o'clock so we must soon to cleaning all section and today I get task to cleaning stove, and after I finished I help my friend to clean in the pastry section and after we break and eat together and after that we prepare to came back to home.
