    Welcome again to my blog guys, today I will tell you again about my activity in the kitchen Laboratory don't borring to write and visit my blog. Today I came back to kitchen at 07:30 and this is last day we practice in this week, when we arrived in the kitchen laboratory I prepred to enter in the kitchen and save my bag and toolbag in the locker.

      Today I take out my prerpared yesterday like duck who was to marrined with seasoning and we towing it and after that we stewed until the seasoning mix well. My chef command me to added coconut sambal because still less and we forget to mix kaempfaera galangal to give aromatic in the coconut sambal. Then I and my friend cooked rice much as 7 kg. after that I help my friend to prepared vegetable for Plecing Vegetable. We cuted the kangkung for Plecing sayur and we cleaned Toge. After that we plate main course in the first we sliced duck, we blanch vegetable and we mix vegetable with coconut sambal and tomato sambal. And we take plate for plating mix vegetable and we mould rice form round and put sliced duck on top and garnish it with basil leaves and Bebek menyatnyat ready to served.

    Open restaurant at 12:00 and I got kupon to ate in the restaurant I go with eight my friend. This is in the first I enter to restaurant. In the restaurant we learned to table manner like sit, and way to hand spoon, after that I came back to kitchen and we must became steward for cleaning all tools, this is the deal for each people who take table manner in the Restaurant but I happy worked with my friend. after we finish cleaning all tools we break and we must General cleaning again we must keep hygiene kitchen.
