Daiy report ( english version )

Assalamulaikumm guyysss...
         Welcome again in my blog today is third practical day, today i come to kitchen laboratory at 07:30 and today rain so i came late to campus  after we arrived in campus my superviso cammand we to one line to in front of kitchen and we absen like usually we check grooming before we enter to kitchen. After we enter in kitchen we saving my bag and toolbag in to locker and we make oneline again to main kitchen to acept dirrective from our chef.

     Okey... as usual i will tell you about my daily activities during in the kitchen laboratory, today we make menu rotasi 1.1 like Chicken salad Hawaian, Beef stew, Shrimp Bisque, Zucchini saute Prevencale, Baked Potato, French Bread, and Yellow Butter Cake. And today we for the group again and i get group one we get appetizer that is Chicken Salad Hawaian, but today we just prepare to tomorrow, like marinade chicken, make french dressing and chop condiment for salad like onion, pneaple and cream cheese.

      I will tell you little about ingredients and how to make chicken salad Hawaian.
Ingredients :
- chicken breast
- fresh pneaple
- cream cheese
- onion
- french dressing
How to make it :
- the first we make french dressing
- marinade chicken breast with lemon, pepper corn, rosemary, and butter
- chop all ingredients to condiment that is onion, pneaple and cheese cream

After we prepared all ingredients for tomorrow i go to mosque and prayer after that we command to ghate because chef Aldino want to showong how to cutting keju Grano padano who use to salad tomorrow after that we General cleaning and come back at 18:30.
