Welcome to my blog, and I will tell you again about my activities in the kitchen library which today I enter in the kitchen library at 08:00 and I take preparing yesterday, dessert is my section today you know today I make choux a'la crème my favorite cake, I often make it in the home and sold. And I the give opportunities from my friend to make it, and I ask my friend to help me cut the choux be two part and I fill it with custard crème, and I garnish it with ising sugar and mint leaf. We prepare until 60 pcs but who out in the restaurant just 45 pcs, I like in this section because I like making cake.

After we finish to handle dessert I and my group to cleaning my section and move to other section that is main course, oke in here I and my group will prepare ingredient to make Bebek Menyatnyat, with Sambal Matah, and Plecing Sayur. In here command I to handle Sambal Tomat. In the first I take tomato, bird eye chili, and shrimp paste. After that I saute tomato until it colour brown and I saute shrimp paste after that I mix it with food processor until tomato and other ingredient stirred. Then I help my friend to prepare other it like make Sambal Matah, and Coconut Sambal for Plecing Sayur, after finish we wrap preparing and we enter it in the chiller.

At 15:30 we break to ate my food who we make today, this moment very fun because I and my friend grab it food, and today we can't do it because my supervisor to share it to each people. After we eat I and my friend ready to general cleaning in the kitchen laboratory this is our routine activities. after we finished General cleaning we one line and prepare to came back in Dormitory.
