Back again my blog to share a story to you about my activities during the practice of being in kitchen in the 3rd week of this practice. Well on this first day we were asked again to continue our activities in the pastry and sourdough bring that we had made in the week yesterday. However sourdough that I made yesterday failed in the 4th day.
Today we still make croissants but we use fresh yeast/sourdough from friends who succeed and make bread made from sourdough. But its not part sourdough not make sourdough bread today. Before we start making before her chef Incharge the day touting how to create her.
After that we cleaned the kitchen area that we used is the pastry and break area.
