Holla guys, still continued story yesterday after I finished made Korean food yesterday and today I move section is made croissant, made croissant actually already done by group 3 before and now turn our group 2 and making croissant must be similar with book that's have been given and procedure must be similar too. so if our croissant who we make is failed we get punishment to run three rounds.
In here we share team again be two person each team to making croissant, I and my friends begin to perepare ingredients and begin to made it. and we making it with manual way, just for finishing we used dought sheeter for sheet the croissant dought. after we made the dought we rest for one hour and fourty five minutes on room temperature and thirty minutes rest in the chiller, all procedure in the book we follow up until baking process . but still failed, actually not failed just Only the layers is less than perfect so we have to accept the punishment is running 3x rounds and we do it tomorrow.
While baking the croissant, I clinch the tools and begin general cleaning dan ready to back to home.
