Welcome back to my blog this is my first practical in semesters 4 and I will still tell you about my activities everyday, okay today I arrived at campus 7: 30 am and I see my friend after came back from internship in some city. Today we must general cleaning because kitchen dirty so I and my friend taken tools to clean kitchen area, after that I take ingredients who bought from market I and my friend check, scale, and we save in chiller and dry ingredients store.
Before we start our practice we briefing first with sir I Ical and today I and my friend prepare for Indonesian buffet menu and my team get soup menu like soto Banjar, and ikan cuka in the first I prepare for soto banjar in ingredients shallot, garlic, and pepper. After I blend all ingredients and I save in chiller, for ikan cuka I make fish stock first, after that we prepare ingredients for dressing, and marinated.
At 15: 00 all preparing must finished so at 14: 00 we do general cleaning again for ending our activity today. This is my first activity see you on next blog and thanks for still reading.
