Welcome back to my blog again guys after teory I came back to practical and I will tell you about my activity today. Today is Eropan buffet I and my team get menu dessert like red velvet, flacky pie and we make toast bread. In here I and my team share exam to make any dessert I and my friend Miftah get red velvet and in the first I prepare all ingredients to make red velvet like flour, sugar, egg, baking powder, salad oil and milk powder. After that I mix dry ingredients and mixing egg and sugar with high speed after egg and sugar dissolved I take it out I put dry ingrdients and stir until mix well and add food colouring but in here we deficiency food colouring so result from red velvet not flashy .
Not only red velvet who we make today any toast bread and flaky pie dought and in here we share task to do it, in the making toast bread we must repeat again because we wrong use recipe, but flaky dought is good. After we make all we save in cold storage.
After that I and my friend do general cleaning to end practical today as usual I get task to cleaning table working and mop up the floor after we finish general cleaning I and my friend eat togethers and menu today is fried rice this is a fun moment because we can eat together and a plate of two person, yeah guys this is my activity today wait to next activity for finishing my result product.
