Daily Activity #2

Assalamu'alaikum guysss...


   Hallo genks welcome back to my blog again this is second day I practice in my kitchen. Today we continue preparation to practice tomorrow today is public holiday so restaurant not open.  In the next preparation for soto Banjar and ikan cuka before we continue preparation chef ical want to make fried egg and cook rice I and my friend Andini prepare for cook rice I wash rice and Andini steam rice.

   For soto Banjar I make perkedel kentang we mould it and save in chiller after that I blend seasoning of soto Banjar.  For ikan cuka we continue preparation is marinating fish with mixture of ginger, galangale, and garlic. After that we prepare sambal for soto Banjar ingredients is bird eye chilli, and garlic,  I boil chili after that I blend it.

  Today we do general cleaning at 03: 00 and we break to prayer after that we briefing and prepare to came back.  This is my activity today see you on my next vidio guyss.
