Daily Activity (English Version)

Assalamualaikumm guyysss...                                                                                                                  
Today I will tell you again about my activity in the kichen laboratory. In this morning is raining but I    keep to go in the campus but I a little late, when I arrived in the campus in behind of kitchen flood effect from heavy rain and my friend many so late and they came with wet clothes and any my friend used sandals so that their shoes not wet, hemmmm. When we was gate my supervisor give instruction to enter in the kitchen and in the fisrt we absen and checked grooming and tools.                     
 Today we must prepare so hard because Chef Aldino say he not came today, in here we prepare just with my friend and help by supervisor and I begin my activity is topping my Yellow butter cake, and we must make again one butter cake because cake who we made yesterday failed so I must add one again. I will explain about my activity in the pastry based on the picture below :

in the first we put froasting on the Yellow butter cake and flatten with palate knive

after that we give a decorated with whipp cream who gived a food colouring and In here I and my friend choose blue color

after we finished to decorationed we cut with knive shapped a triangle

After we finished to make dessert and must move to other section and today I get section to prepare Fillet Fish of Dori ala Meniere. Before we begine our prepared Chef Aldino give a Instruction what should to do and he showing about how to shap baby carrot who we used.

After we finished to prepare all ingredient I saw Chef Aldino make a Burger

As usual we must Cleaning kitchen before we back to home this is a our rutinities everyday cause we should not to leave kitchen in dirty condition. after that we eaten food who we make and not out. and Today we back home at 18:30.
